  • Advice on responsible remuneration practices and other HR issues such as monitoring executive performance and succession planning.

  • Manage external & internal stakeholder relations with the Supervisory Board, the Management team and relevant departments of the entity, including Risk Management, Compliance, Finance and Legal Affairs

  • General Company Director experience (regulation, legal, finance, HR and operations).

  • Working experience and networking connections in Europe, the US and Asia
